Flea Market Presentations
Radio Frequency Interference
How your Local power company may be able to help
This presentation will be made by experts from Nova Scotia Power and will provide basic information that any Ham might need to gain assistance in tracking down suspected power-line generated RFI affecting the HF shack.
If you “think” that you might have interference from your local power distribution system – how can you tell for sure that the power company is the source of the interference or if the noise is just a prolonged period of “atmospheric” noise from space, unrelated to the power distribution system?
If you want answers to this question and others like it, this seminar is a must for you. The seminar will take place during the Flea Market event on Saturday, August 23rd.
Exact time and room location to be announced in the future.

A walk down memory lane for those who have been in the hobby for many years, and a real eye-opener for the new folks who just recently got into Ham radio.
